Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.


Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt including the cost of delivery, if applicable. We strongly recommend that all items are returned via a recorded & insured service as you are liable for the goods until they are received by us.

All Items Excluding Lingerie & Clothing

Due to the obvious health and hygiene implications with adult goods, for the goods to be returned if they are not faulty, all of the following terms have to be met.

  • The goods must be unused.
  • The goods must be in their original condition & packaging.
  • Goods that are not heat sealed in the box are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • The goods must be received back within 14 days from the day you received your order.

If we suspect that the goods have been used, or any of the above conditions are not met, then we reserve the right to return the goods to you.

Where an item was sold as a set, or multi-buy type sale (e.g. '3 for 2', '3 for £10', etc.), then all of the items in the set must be returned together.

The cost of return for unwanted items will be payable by you, the customer.

Lingerie & Clothing

Please ensure that all items are tried on over your own underwear and do not remove any tags, labels, etc., unless you wish to keep the item(s) as garments returned without these intact will not be accepted for refund or exchange. Please also ensure that there are no traces of perfumes, smoke, or other damage due to cosmetics, e.g. lipstick or deodorant marks. We reserve the right to refuse returns of garments where these requirements are not met.

Hosiery and intimate items (e.g. thongs, briefs, etc.) cannot be accepted for return if the package has been opened. Where an item was sold as a set, or multi-buy type sale (e.g. '3 for 2', '3 for £10', etc.), then all of the items in the set must be returned together.


The same policy applies to exchanges as is outlined above for refunds. You are able to exchange your returned item, if accepted by us, for an alternative item of your choice. Where the item requested is of a greater price than you paid for the initial item, you will be required to pay the difference. Similarly, if you select an item of a lower price, we will refund you the difference.

Faulty Goods

If in the unfortunate event your product is faulty when you receive it, we can provide either an exchange or refund upon request. You may be required to cover the cost of the postage back to us, and if this is the case, should you include the receipt for postage in with your item, we will refund you the value paid. We will only provide a refund for postage where a receipt has been provided.


In compliance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, will process refunds within a period of 14 days.
